A phone system you own the exit from

This diagram is a phone system.

Not a screenshot of one. It is the call flow every new Sindria system starts with, in the form the switch reads it — and yours works exactly the same way.

No published flow is configured yet, so this is the call flow every new Sindria system begins with — a real one, not an illustration.

You have been offered two bad options

Powerful, and untouchable

Run it yourself and every change is a config file, a reload and a risk. Entirely capable — if you employ somebody who knows how.

Easy, because it is locked

Hosted systems are simple because the useful parts are not yours to change. Anything real means a ticket and a wait.

Sindria is the third one. The software absorbs the expertise instead of exposing it, so you get the control of the first with the calm of the second — and the diagram above is what that looks like in practice.

What you can actually do

Answer calls your way

Hours, menus, ring groups and voicemail, laid out visually. Change it at four on a Friday without asking anybody.

Give people a phone

A desk handset or the browser, with nothing to install. Add somebody in the morning and they take calls that afternoon.

See what happened

Your 200 most recent calls, and every change to the system — including changes made by whoever looks after it for you, with their name on it.

Ask in plain words

Describe the change you want. You are shown exactly what will differ, and nothing is applied until you approve it. Runs on an AI account of your choosing and is billed by them, the same way your calls are.

The part nobody reads until it matters

Your phone numbers sit on a carrier contract in your own name. We connect to it. We do not resell it, we do not mark it up, and we are not standing between you and it.

So porting your numbers away is your carrier’s duty to you, not a favour we grant. We are never the company you have to fight to leave — and a company that cannot trap you has to earn the next month instead.

“All sums remaining unpaid for the Services for the remainder of the then-current Term.”

That is a competitor’s early-termination clause. Not a capped fee — the entire balance, with automatic renewal into another full term unless notice lands thirty days out.

What it costs, with the arithmetic shown

$19 per person, per month

No minimum. No term. No platform fee. What your carrier charges is billed by your carrier.

6 $114 $120 ~$161
15 $285 $300 ~$403
30 $570 $600 ~$806
50 $950 $1,000 ~$1,344

Sticker observed directly from RingCentral’s own published order summary, which quotes it “before taxes & fees”. The last column adds 34.4% — the gap between quoted seats and the total on a filed reseller quote for a comparable hosted system (City of Oneida, NY; Intermedia Unite; 71 users; June 2025). It is what fees and surcharges typically do to a bill of this kind. It is an estimate, not a quotation from RingCentral, and we have not seen their invoices.

Getting started

  1. Tell us the name of the business and pick a password.
  2. Confirm your email — nothing is set up until you do.
  3. Point a number at it and answer calls the same day.
  4. Draw how those calls should be handled, and change it whenever you like.
